You can increase the gain appropriately when the volume of Youtube live streaming is small or the distance is far away, which will help you increase the volume without sound distortion

    Answer: Don't have. But I'd say probably 12-18 inches away controlling the gain to make it perfect for the audience. I speak from about 18 inches and the gain so about 60 percent. People say I sound great.

    Answer: It does come with the tripod. Cardioid microphones are designed to pick up noises in a certain direction. If you have multiple audio sources you may want to look into an omnidirectional model. You should be within a couple of feet when using it.

    Answer: It works very very well. I have to be in on a lot of Zoom meetings and present a lot so it has to be crystal clear. This fits the bill. It has no Bella and whistles and the downside is there is no indicator light ( which I actually like). The gain control is the only thing I wanted because I speak at different distances sometimes from the mic (12 inches to tell two feet) and it allows me to adjust how loud the mic pics up. It is a night and day difference from the Surface mic and the webcam mic. Very high-quality sound for the casual user.

For other countries and products, we will ship we ship from our domestic warehouses, which need 7-30 days normally, while, for some remote places, which may cost a little longer time depending on where you are in the world.  If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or email us, then we can update the status of the order to you.

    Last but still important, the global epidemic has seriously affected logistics and transportation, so some products that have been shipped will be stranded in the airport or returned. We product you against this situation,
    1. Products stranded in the airport, and no tracking info update for 60 days, we arrange to reissue a new channel with a new parcel or main refund for you.
    2. Products returned by logistics within 7 days after shipping, we will resend parcel through a new channel. Products returned by logistics over 7 days after shipping, we will contact you to confirm to resend the parcel or refund.
