Due to the recent dramatic rate increase in logistics during the COVID-19 pandemic, MaonoGlobal has to temporarily suspend free global shipping for some areas logistics limited, effective April 29, 2019. Details please have a look at your checkout
We at Maono greatly appreciate your business and will work hard to deliver your order when keeping the shipping cost as low as possible. The free shipping will return when the shipping rate decreases.
The new delivery dates are as follows:
If shipped from China:
Express Shipping: 7-15 Days (This needs to confirm with customer service)
Standard Shipping: 7-30 Days (System default channel)
If shipped from your local warehouse:
Standard Shipping: 5-12 Days
If your local government restricts the operation of courier services,
the package may be held in the courier's warehouse until delivery is possible and we cannot intercept and cancel the transaction once the package is shipped.
Please help understanding, especially in this special period of the global epidemic.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address which left when your ordering.
Usually, for common items, we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, which need 5-12days. For other countries and products, we will ship we ship from our domestic warehouses, which need 7-30 days normally, while, for some remote places, which may cost a little longer time depending on where you are in the world. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or email us, then we can update the status of the order to you.
Last but still important, the global epidemic has seriously affect logistics and transportation, so some products that have been shipped will be stranded in the airport or returned. We product you against this situation,
1. Products stranded in the airport, and no tracking info update for 60 days, we arrange to reissue a new channel with a new parcel or main refund for you.
2. Products returned by logistics within 7 days after shipping, we will resend parcel through a new channel. Products returned by logistics over 7 days after shipping, we will contact you to confirm resend the parcel or refund.
