Last but not least, the global epidemic has seriously affected logistics and transportation, so some products that have been shipped will be stranded in the airport or returned. We promise you against this situation:

1.Products stranded in the airport, and no tracking info update for 60 days, we arrange to reissue a new channel with a new parcel or issue a refund for you. 

2.Products returned by logistics within 7 days after shipping, we will resend parcel through a new channel. 

3.Products returned by logistics over 7 days after shipping, we will contact you to confirm to resend the parcel or refund.
