We have recently received reports from customers who were unsure whether certain emails claiming to represent Maono were sent by our official team. To help protect our community and prevent potential fraud, we would like to clarify how to identify official Maono communications.
How to Verify an Official Maono Email
All official emails from Maono are sent from email addresses ending with: @maono.com
For Example:
eileen@maono.com
viktoria@maono.com
aaron@maono.com
steve@maono.com
If you receive an email claiming to be from Maono but the sender's email address does not end with @maono.com, please do not immediately trust the message or share any personal information until its authenticity has been verified.
Report Suspicious Emails
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Maono, please forward it to:
info@maono.com
Our team will investigate the reported sender and verify whether the communication is legitimate.
To better protect our customers, we will maintain a blacklist of confirmed unauthorized email addresses and continue monitoring reports to help prevent future scams.
