We at Maono greatly appreciate your business and will work hard to deliver your order with a safe carrier. first of all, we will prioritize the delivery from the local overseas warehouse according to the actual situation of the order. if it is not available in our local warehouse, we will deliver the product directly from our factory, you can check the delivery time as follows for reference;

We currently ship packages through two channels. Products that are in overseas warehouses in some countries will be sent by local logistics channels in priority, including FedEx, UPS, Amazon cooperative logistics providers, etc.2. Some products will be sent from the production place to the final destination, including 4PX, DHL, Yanwen special line, etc.
For the order delivery, Maono will arrange the delivery of products based on the actual weight of the package. If the product is overweight, we will divide it into multiple packages for delivery to ensure the safe delivery of the goods.
Please notice: If your local government restricts the operation of courier services, the package may be held in the courier's warehouse until delivery is possible, we can't intercept and cancel the transaction once the package is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address left when your order. if the email you leave is not right to send, you might bear all the responsibility, please double-check your email address in case the goods can't be delivered to your hand. Return & Refund
Warranty: Please be well known that all the products you buy from Maono official website will have a 12-month valid warranty, and we offer lifetime technical support. If you have any question about the product, please kindly contact our general email address: angela@maono.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours on working days.
If the product needs to be returned for the reason that you don’t like it, for personal reasons, we allow product returns but you might have to bear the shipping fee yourself. pls kindly contact angela@maono.com and we will calculate and estimate the cost for your return and tell you the return logistics fee you should bear, after that, we will send you the address so that you can arrange the return. please read the return policy carefully before you place the order.
Except for logistics reasons. If the order can not be delivered in time or fails to be delivered for the reason that the customer's address and email information is not filled correctly. Maono shall not bear the corresponding responsibility and delivery expense. please, double-check again the delivery information when placing an order.

A dynamic microphone is more durable and captures much less ambient noises compared to a condenser microphone. It's a preferred choice for recording vocals in untreated environments like homes and offices.
Currently, only macOS and Windows versions are available. If we plan to make a mobile App, we will let the backers know in an update.
It depends on your audio interface. You should be able to get loud and clean sound with any audio interface with at least 52dB "real" gain range. You might need a microphone activator if your audio interface has a weak pre-amp.
No, Maono Link is not a driver. You don't have to install it to use the microphone. Maono Link Desktop App provides additional features to fully unlock the hardware potential of Maono PD400X.
There's also a button at the bottom of the mic. to switch the different colors and turn on/off the RGB, short press the button to switch the RGB lights from static color mode and dynamic mode. long hold 2 seconds to quickly turn off lights.(short press the button to turn on lights)

What is the product sent lost or the one I received is exchanged by others?
For the two situations you mentioned above, we strongly suggest that users check the package first when receiving the product, carefully making sure that the package is not damaged, has not to be opened, or does match the actual weight of the product it should be, please remember to take pictures of the entire package and the entire product or take an unboxing video for the product for subsequent submission of after-sales support for verification and negotiation with the seller for claims if it is one of the phenomena of above.
How to Take Pictures:turn on the camera function of the mobile phone - save after taking pictures of unpacked packages - take pictures of the inside packages after removing the outer box and save them - take pictures of products and parts inside and save them, make sure everything is brand new and didn’t damage.
