We at Maono greatly appreciate your business and will work hard to deliver your order while keeping the shipping cost as low as possible.
We will prioritize the delivery from the local overseas warehouse according to the actual situation of the order.if it is not available on our warehouse, we will deliver the product direct from our factory,Order Handle Time: 1-3 Days
Local Estimate Delivery Time: 3-7 Days
International Estimate Delivery Time: 7-15 Days
Please notice: If your local government restricts the operation of courier services, the package may be held in the courier's warehouse until delivery is possible, we can't intercept and cancel the transaction once the package is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address left when your order. if the email you leave is not right to send, you might bear all the responsibility, please double-check your email address in case the goods can't be delivered to your hand.
Return Policy:
We currently ship packages through two channels
1. Products that are in overseas warehouses in some countries will be sent by local logistics channels in priority, including FedEx, UPS, Amazon cooperative logistics providers, etc.
2. Some products will be sent from the production place to the final destination, including 4PX, DHL, Yanwen special line, etc.
For packages sent from the above two channels, we have included the logistics cost of the first step to your address in the order. In the follow-up, if you need to return the product for personal reasons, pls contact angela@maono.com firstly, we will calculate and estimate the cost for your return and tell you the return logistics fee you should bear, after that, we will send you the address so that you can return the product. please read the return policy carefully before you place the order. and thank you so much for your understanding.
③ Except for logistics reasons. If the order can not be delivered in time or fail to be delivered for the reason that customer's address and email information is not filled correctly. A dynamic microphone is more durable and captures much less ambient noises compared to a condenser microphone. It's a preferred choice for recording vocals in untreated environments like homes and offices.
Currently, only macOS and Windows versions are available. If we plan to make a mobile App, we will let the backers know in an update.
It depends on your audio interface. You should be able to get loud and clean sound with any audio interface with at least 52dB "real" gain range. You might need a microphone activator if your audio interface has a weak pre-amp.

No, Maono Link is not a driver. You don't have to install it to use the microphone. Maono Link Desktop App provides additional features to fully unlock the hardware potential of Maono PD400X.
Order & Shipping
We basically will arrange the order delivery within 1-3 days once the order is received, and the delivery time depends on where you live. here is the delivery time for your reference, but the specific time is subject to the delivery time. Maono owns the final interpretation.
1. If you are from the US, we will deliver the product from the US warehouse, it will take 3-5 days for delivery.
2. Out of the US area, it will take 7-20 days for delivery, The specific needs depend on the country you are in. it will take much longer if it is a remote country. if you would like to know how long it takes, you can write to angela@maono.com. my colleague will get back to you ASAP.

The product was unpacked and is good
ⅠIf your product is shipped from China directly, Maono will send you a local address to return the product so that you can avoid tax, but the relevant freight will be borne by you. In addition, Maono will deduct the headline delivery fee, the corresponding amount will be returned to you after our warehouse receives the product.
ⅡIf your product is shipped from the US warehouse, For returned products, we will have to confirm with the warehouse before sending you the return address. It may take 1-2 weeks. and the relevant freight will be borne by you as it is not a product issue. Please remember not to return the product to the Amazon warehouse address, otherwise, Maono will not accept it and we will not refund you.

For returned products, we will have to confirm with the warehouse before sending you the return address. It may take 1-2 weeks. and the relevant freight will be borne by Maono. please wait patiently and remember not to return the product to the Amazon warehouse address. otherwise, Maono will not accept it and we will not refund you.
