These Maono Link Beta Software Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Maono Link Beta Program (the “Beta Program”) provided by [Shenzhen Maono Technology Co., Ltd.] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying for, downloading, installing, or using the Maono Link Beta software (the “Beta Software”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Beta Program or use the Beta Software.

1. Beta Program

The Beta Software is a pre-release version provided for testing, evaluation, and product improvement.
The Beta Software may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, compatibility issues, or performance problems. Its features, interface, and availability may change at any time. Some features may be modified, removed, or not included in the final release.

2. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Beta Software solely for testing and evaluation during the Beta Program.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, resell, commercially exploit, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Beta Software, or provide it to unauthorized third parties.

3. Risks

The Beta Software may crash, malfunction, become unavailable, or cause data loss or other issues. Please back up important files, recordings, configurations, and other data before use.
The Company does not guarantee that the Beta Software will always be stable, error-free, or continuously available.

4. Data Processing

When using certain features of the Beta Software, relevant data may be collected, processed, or uploaded as necessary to provide those features.
For details about how data is collected, used, stored, and shared, please refer to our Privacy Policy and the relevant feature descriptions.

5. Feedback

You may provide bug reports, suggestions, feature requests, test results, screenshots, or other feedback to the Company.
You agree that the Company may use your feedback free of charge for testing, research, product development, and improvement.

6. Confidentiality

Unless the Company expressly identifies the Beta Program as a public beta, you may not publicly disclose or distribute non-public information about the Beta Software, including unreleased features, test versions, screenshots, or access credentials.

7. Updates and Termination

The Company may provide updates, patches, or new versions and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program or your participation at any time.
When the Beta Program ends or your participation is terminated, you must stop using the Beta Software and, where reasonably requested, delete the Beta Software and its copies.

8. Intellectual Property, Disclaimer and Governing Law

The Beta Software, including its code, design, interface, graphics, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other related materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” The Company does not guarantee that the Beta Software will always be stable, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BETA PROGRAM OR USE OF THE BETA SOFTWARE. This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of China, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
