Question: How long will my Tascam 3 AA batteries last with this?
Answer: NO batteries required: Operates on 48V Phantom power of your recorder, camcorder or other devices.

Question: Does this mic plug right into the zoom or do we need an adapter?Answer: Hi, it just needs to plug into the Zoom without an adapter. 

Question: How long it’s the cable?
Answer: 20 feet long. The microphone works great too. 

Question: Does it work with Sony Xperia phones?
Answer: hi, this XLR microphone only works with cameras 

Question: I am using this mic plugged into a zoom h5, it produces normal sound for a pc, but I get nothing when is uploaded to a cell phone, anyone knows why?
Answer: This mike uses 48V phantom power with an XLR connector!! Cellphones to my knowledge do not use but very low power and the phantom plug is about 1/2 the size of your cellphone!! 

Question: Can I plug this into the mic input on a powered PA speaker?Answer: Yes, Versatile & Wide Compatibility of standard XLR (3-pin) connector is ideal for Zoom recorders, camcorders， Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Tascam. 

Question: Doesn't need phantom power? always?
Answer: It has its own power source so if your running by the battery you will need to switch your phantom power off. 

Question: What's the specification of this XLR microphone's frequency response or sensitivity?
Answer: No sure the exact frequency however these are VERY sensitive mics and you should reduce as much background noise as possible.

If your local government restricts the operation of courier services, the package may be held in the courier's warehouse until delivery is possible and we cannot intercept and cancel the transaction once the package is shipped.  Please help understanding, especially in this special period of the global epidemic.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address which left when your ordering.

Usually, for common items, we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, which need 5-12days. For other countries and products, we will ship we ship from our domestic warehouses, which need 7-30 days normally, while, for some remote places, which may cost a little longer time depending on where you are in the world.  If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or email us, then we can update the status of the order to you.

Last but still important, the global epidemic has seriously affect logistics and transportation, so some products that have been shipped will be stranded in the airport or returned. We product you against this situation,
1. Products stranded in the airport, and no tracking info update for 60 days, we arrange to reissue a new channel with a new parcel or main refund for you.
2. Products returned by logistics within 7 days after shipping, we will resend parcel through a new channel. Products returned by logistics over 7 days after shipping, we will contact you to confirm resend the parcel or refund.
