●On the basis of understanding the market/users/competition, according to the company's general brand promotion strategy and phased tactics, formulate the implementation strategy of regional brand marketing promotion, and coordinate resources to implement the content of the plan.
●Establish and optimize the resources of the local marketing team, establish an online communication mechanism with the head office marketing team, and quickly respond to changes in the head office's marketing strategies and plans.
●Lead and be responsible for the cooperation between the brand and local resources (media PR resources, high-quality KOL on social platforms, joint brand promotion), do a good job in communication, cooperative planning and implementation of marketing activities, expand the brand's influence in the local area and attract online brand officials channel.
●In-depth understanding and recognition of the company's brand image and visual tonality, and ensure the unified communication of the brand image in the process of regional marketing promotion.
●Lead and execute online and offline activities related to the company's marketing in the regional market to effectively enhance brand awareness.
Such as responsible for the planning and execution of various brand activities such as press conferences and exhibitions, completing creative planning plans, promoting activities, coordinating activity resources, and summarizing and evaluating the effect of activities.
●Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English, marketing, journalism, advertising or related majors.
●More than 3 years of experience in marketing promotion and digital marketing in the consumer electronics industry, experience in marketing team building and management is preferred.
●Have a strong interest in brand promotion and a sense of mission, and have the execution ability to coordinate resources, channels and content.
●Familiar with and like remote work, experience in multinational and cross-regional team management is preferred.
●Possess strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, independent thinking ability, observation ability and adaptability, and ability to bear pressure.
