Warranty Claim

Maono warranty



Our warranty covers 6-month from the documented date of purchase.

If there are any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, MAONO will repair or replace the product.


In order to be considered eligible for repair or replacement*, you need to meet the condition below:

1. The purchase should be made on MAONO official store of Amazon, Maono website and other platforms.

2. Retain your sales receipt or warranty series code (you will get one after register on our website) as proof of purchase.

3. Email us (support@maono.com) to help you determine whether your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions.

*Replacement Term: 

1. Which part to be replaced will fix not-working, depending on the info (pictures / videos) you provide. 

2. Warranty policy does not covers the replaced products/accessories, only if the replacement will not work right out of box. 


Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Damage or loss caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse.
  • Abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  • Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair by any unauthorized party.
  • Damage or loss caused by events categorized as force majeure or any other sources beyond the control of the Manufacturer.
  • Damage or loss caused by another device that is connected to the product.
  • Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose.
